We want all our guests to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay at Sunset Vacations Fanore. Please take a moment to read the following terms and conditions before completing your booking.

1. Heating & Electricity
Heating and electricity are included in the price, with a standard hotel allocation in the morning and evening if required. Guests requiring heating on a 24/7 basis may incur an additional charge.

2. Damage or Loss
The customer shall indemnify Sheila O’Driscoll at Sunset Vacations Fanore against any damage or loss caused by the customer or members of their party. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges arising from such damage or loss.

3. Personal Belongings
Sheila O’Driscoll / Sunset Vacations Fanore does not accept liability for loss of or damage to personal effects, motor vehicles, baggage, electrical equipment or other items belonging to the customer or members of their party during their stay.

4. Number of Guests & Visitors
The total number of people staying at the property must not exceed the number stated in the booking agreement or the maximum capacity of the property. The homeowner reserves the right to restrict additional visitors to the property, particularly after 11:00pm.

5. Arrival & Departure
Properties may not be occupied before 3:00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise agreed. Properties must be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Leaving the Property
Guests are asked to leave the property in a reasonably clean and tidy condition at the end of their stay.

7. Pets
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals with the required supporting documentation.

8. Booking & Payment
Bookings are made online and full payment is required to secure a booking.

9. Electric Vehicles
Charging electric vehicles at the properties is prohibited. There are no EV charging facilities on site, and the use of the property’s electrical supply for vehicle charging is not permitted for fire safety reasons.

10. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 11:00pm and 6:00am. Guests are asked to respect neighbouring properties and the peaceful surroundings during these hours.

11. Bed Linen & Towels
All bed linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
